Welcome to Caring Abode Adult Family Home website where you will find information about our specialties, services, meals and activities, and also meet our outstanding care team professionals. We are proud to share with you the special care we give your loved one to make them comfortable and feel down right at home.
Caring Abode has been in the business for more than 5 years. I started the business because deep in my heart, I've always wanted to give the elderly and those needing healthcare assistance a place that they, not only, can call home but where their healthcare needs are also abundantly provided.
Our staff are hired based on qualification and their inate desire to caregive. They undergo several weeks of basic and hands-on training. After completing their training, they have to go through and pass their background check. Finally, they are interviewed and we pick only those that are a good fit. They work under the capable supervision of our Resident Manager and Caregiving Instructor, Eli Ferrer.
Why is Caring Abode different from other adult family homes? Our mission is to be the best adult family home in Federal Way. We want to offer our residents the best care possible and we constantly look for ways to improve our services. We treat everyone, residents and staff, with respect and dignity.
